Applicant's Eligibility for CHIEF MINISTER’s JAN AWAS YOJANA

Know About Eligibility

1. Applicant’s age should be more than 18 years on the date of filing application

2. It is mandatory for the applicant to give an affidavit regarding himself, his wife, his dependents not staying in a city in Rajasthan

3. The application is individual. Names filled in the name of any organization / company will not be accepted in the proposed scheme

4. First priority will be given to Rajasthani residents in Rajasthan. Should there not be sufficient applications, the applicants from residents from other states may also apply provided they submit a sworn affidavit as residents of Rajasthan. The residents must have lived in Rajasthan for over a year

5. The applicant must be resident of India and is staying in Rajasthan. If the certificate of the original residence is not available then an affidavit can be attached with the Form G. along with proof of ID (Nomination, Ration Card / Photo Identity Card / Voter Id etc.)

6. Self attested Income certificate and affidavit shall be verified and signed by Notary.

7. Under the scheme, as per the guidelines of the Rajasthan government, the annual income of the beneficiary family should be from the economically weaker section (EWS) up to 1,50,000/-, LIG 1,50,001 to 3,00,000/-

8. The applicant must submit a self-declared affidavit certifying address of residence, such as PAN card, Aadhar card, BMAA card, voter ID card, passport, driving license, ration card, electricity, water, telephone bill, bank pass book or any other valid photo self-signed / verified copy of the document (of the desired documents) must be attached

9. Application letter should be addressed only by the applicant, and the application should be signed only by the person who wants accommodation under this scheme

10. Writing of any statement in the application form, removal or re-cutting is prohibited. Applicants are advised to take full precautions while filling the application form and in the above situation the applicant should complete the form and duly sign the document

11. If the applicants are in demand in the group (BULK BOOKING) then the allocation will be done in the group as per the available accommodation

12. Booking will be accepted by NGO

13. The salaried applicants will have to submit their certified income certificate signed and stamped by their employer. Non salaried / self-employed applicants will have to submit self-employed affidavit attested by Tehsildar / Municipal Officer / SDO / ITR or official authorized officer by the state government
